4. Main Application Fields

Civil Engineering: Road base, subgrade material, backfill.
Construction Materials: Iron corrective raw material for cement production, concrete aggregate, blocks, and bricks.
Refractory Materials: Raw material for producing magnesia-chrome or chrome-magnesia bricks.
Agriculture & Soil Improvement: Utilizes its alkalinity to neutralize acidic soil and provides secondary nutrients like magnesium and silicon.
Abrasive Industry: Raw material for manufacturing abrasive sand.
Recycling: Recovery of micro-alloy particles from high-grade slag.

5. Packaging, Storage & Transportation

Packaging: Usually in bulk. Fine powder can be packaged in ton bags.
Storage: Should be stacked on hardened, impermeable ground; recommended to have a roof to reduce rainwater erosion and dust.
Transportation: Use dump trucks or sealed tankers to prevent spillage and dust.

6. Health & Safety

Dust: Dust may be generated during handling; long-term inhalation may harm the respiratory system. Dust suppression measures and dust masks are required during operation.
Skin Contact: Wear gloves; avoid prolonged skin contact.
Environmental Risks: Cr(VI) leaching concentration must be strictly controlled to ensure compliance with environmental regulations during use and disposal, preventing soil and water contamination.
