Brief Introduction
High-grade phosphate ore: P₂O₅ ≥ 30%. It can be directly used in the production of wet-process phosphoric acid and has the highest economic value.
Medium-grade phosphate ore: P₂O₅ 24% - 30%. Usually, it requires beneficiation before it can be efficiently utilized.
Low-grade phosphorite: P₂O₅ content < 24%. It has poor economic viability for direct utilization and requires complex beneficiation or is used for specific purposes.
1.High-grade phosphate ore (rich ore)
P₂O₅ content: Usually ≥ 30%
Characteristics: Low impurity content, especially harmful impurities such as MgO, Fe₂O₃, and Al₂O₃. It can be directly used in the production of wet-process phosphoric acid.
Usage: High-end phosphatic fertilizers (such as diammonium phosphate DAP, monoammonium phosphate MAP), industrial-grade phosphoric acid, food-grade phosphoric acid, and fine phosphorus chemical products.

2. Medium-grade phosphate ore
P₂O₅ content: Usually between 24% and 30%
Characteristics: Contains a certain amount of impurities, and usually requires beneficiation (such as flotation, scrubbing, etc.) to meet the industrial usage standards.
Usage: After beneficiation, it can be used for the production of common superphosphate (SSP), calcium magnesium phosphate fertilizer, and other mid-to-low-end phosphate fertilizers. It can also be used as a blending raw material for high-grade ores.

3. Low-grade phosphorite (lean ore)
P₂O₅ content: Usually < 24%
Characteristics: High in impurities, and the economic and technical difficulties in direct utilization are significant. Purpose:
Used after beneficiation for enrichment.
Used directly for improving acidic soil.
As a component for the production of calcium magnesium phosphate fertilizer.
